we have grown steadily and expanded our operations to several countries. Here’s a timeline of our company’s key events
Al-Faisaliah Group (AFG), a privately-held holding company, established its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and began operating across the Middle East.
AFG extended its operations in Jordan and started as Faisaliah Healthcare Systems (FHS) by acquiring Elekta and Philips from Jordan Medical Supplies and Services Co. (JMSSCO) and Advanced Medical Equipment (AME).
Al-Mihad group acquires FHS and has been the owner since then
FHS acquires Fourmed Co, the sole distributor of Richard Wolf and others
FHS acquires Al-Amal International Co, the sole distributor of Linet medical furniture
FHS expands its operations by acquiring the majority shares in Certacure, an information technology solutions company specialized in healthcare businesses.
The company acquires Siemens Lab business.
FHS changes its name to Experia and introduces its new identity.
Experia extends its operations in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
